Last Updated: April 13, 2026

1. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Use of this website, submission of a contact form, consultation request, or any other communication through this website does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Justin D. Leigh, PLLC, d/b/a Law Office of Justin D. Leigh. An attorney-client relationship is established only through a signed engagement letter or retainer agreement.

2. Prospective Client Obligations

If you submit information through my contact forms or consultation request, you may be considered a prospective client under the applicable Rules of Professional Conduct (RPC 1.18). While this does not create a full attorney-client relationship, I will treat the information you provide with appropriate confidentiality and will not use it adversely against you. However, until a formal engagement is established, the full protections of the attorney-client relationship do not apply.

3. Not Legal Advice

The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. The information may not reflect the most current legal developments and should not be relied upon as a substitute for legal counsel. Every legal situation is unique, and you should consult with a qualified attorney regarding your specific circumstances.

4. Confidential Information

Please do not send any confidential or sensitive information through this website until a formal attorney-client relationship has been established through a signed engagement letter. Information submitted through contact forms, AI consultation requests, or other website features prior to engagement is not protected by attorney-client privilege. Once an attorney-client relationship is established, communications through my secure client portal are protected.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Any case results, testimonials, or descriptions of past matters on this website are provided for illustrative purposes only. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome in your case. The outcome of any legal matter depends on a variety of factors unique to each case.

6. Jurisdictions

Justin D. Leigh is licensed to practice law in the State of Washington (WSBA #55307) and the State of Oregon. Justin D. Leigh's principal office is in downtown Spokane, Washington.

7. Google Local Service Ads

If you found me through a Google Local Service Ad, please be aware of the following:

  • Calls placed through Google Local Service Ads may be recorded by Google and are not protected by attorney-client privilege
  • Contact through a Google Local Service Ad does not establish an attorney-client relationship
  • Google may modify ad content; my office does not control all aspects of the LSA listing
  • Google typically retains LSA call recordings for approximately 60 to 70 days under its Terms of Service
  • For privileged communications, please contact my office directly after a formal engagement is established

8. Phone Calls and Recordings

Calls to my office may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and documentation purposes. A verbal recording disclosure is provided at the beginning of each recorded call. By continuing the call after hearing the disclosure, you consent to the recording in accordance with Washington's two-party consent statute (RCW 9.73.030). This website notice supplements, but does not replace, the verbal disclosure provided during the call.

If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform me at the beginning of the call and I will accommodate your request.

9. AI and Technology Services

My website includes AI-assisted intake and inquiry forms designed to gather preliminary information about your legal needs. These forms collect information for review by a licensed attorney. No AI system on this website provides legal advice, legal analysis, or recommendations. All substantive responses to your inquiry will come directly from a licensed attorney. The use of AI tools in my practice is supervised by Justin D. Leigh in accordance with RPC 5.3.
