Justin D. Leigh is an attorney based in Goldendale, Washington, serving clients throughout the Columbia Gorge and surrounding regions. In addition to private practice, he has served in public roles, including as a member of the Goldendale City Council and as contract Land Use Planner for the City of Goldendale, where he worked on land-use policy, regulatory compliance, and ordinance development.
