Justin D. Leigh is an attorney based in Goldendale, Washington, serving clients throughout the Columbia Gorge and surrounding regions. His practice focuses on civil litigation and transactional matters, including employment law, real estate disputes and transactions, land use and zoning, estate planning and probate, constitutional and civil rights claims, and regulatory matters. He represents individuals, small businesses, and public entities, and offers selective criminal defense representation.
Mr. Leigh’s work is litigation-oriented and problem-driven. He advises clients in complex disputes, administrative proceedings, and negotiated transactions, with an emphasis on careful case assessment, practical strategy, and durable outcomes. His practice frequently involves matters at the intersection of property rights, government regulation, and constitutional protections.
Mr. Leigh received his B.A. from Bard College and his J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Washington and Oregon. In addition to private practice, he has served in public roles, including as a member of the Goldendale City Council and as contract Land Use Planner for the City of Goldendale, where he worked on land-use policy, regulatory compliance, and ordinance development.
